West Melbourne Waterfront is a mixed-use urban precinct offering a vibrant new community featuring 250 metres of waterfront access and spectacular views over the Maribyrnong River. We will invest a landmark $460 million to enable this vision, which includes a $30 million investment in community infrastructure.
